What is microfiber?
Sometimes the word "microfiber" is today wrongly used, referring to it as a raw material. In reality, microfibers are not all equal, they differ for their fiber and microscopic composition, for their nature, for their structure and for their infinitesimal diameter.
In these way it is possible to implement microfibers that are even a thousand time thinner than a hair (ultra-microfiber). The qualification of microfiber is given when its diameter is lower than 0.700 dtex (unit of measurement in deniers). This value represents the weight of 1 gram for 10 km of yarn.
The best feature of microfiber is its capacity to the remove dirt with a capillary action, because its very thin fibers are able to enter into the smallest microporosity of every surface and to remove every liquid or solid particle, aspirating and retaining it, and releasing it only when the mop is stimulated with a proper washing.
Unfortunately, washing is an aspect that is often neglected. In order to limit costs, in fact, fringes are sterilized in the washing machine at a much lower temperature than the optimal one, causing the loss of the best qualities of microfiber.
Taking into consideration all of these aspects we have tried to put together polyester microfiber with viscose.
After countless trials we have been able to balance the two fibers obtaining the disposable microfiber SANYMOP MICROFIBER, which is unique because it maintains the technical features of microfiber, i.e. the capillary action, while adding the absorptive capacity of viscose. Furthermore, polyester microfiber, besides its capillary action, has also an electrostatic power, helping retain dust and mites. This allows us to rise the hygienic aspect without increasing costs. Using the disposable SANYMOP MICROFIBER you are sure to “always” use a 100% clean mop. It is possible to save both in energy and in water consumption because it only requires 150-160g of liquid to wash a 20-25sm floor (depending on the level of dirt). Laundry and pre-impregnation are not necessary, because mops can be impregnated while used and according to the specific needs.
In this way we are able to increase the quality of cleaning without rising costs and boosting the reputation of the firm, which will be able to better use its human resources and to decrease controls that as we know, due to the cuts in costs, are more and more sporadic and foreseeable.
